30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

For products purchased on the official Timecitycase website, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of the reason. You may return the unwanted product(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired product(s). Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

US Order Shipping & Returns

Shipping Method: US orders are fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

Returns for US Orders: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to obtain the US warehouse return address. Once received, you may mail the item back to us for a refund or exchange.

Important notes:

• This return policy applies to direct end-user consumers who purchase our products from timecitycase.com.
• After an order is placed, a model confirmation email will be sent to the customer. If no response is received within 48 hours, Timecitycase will proceed under the assumption that the provided model information is accurate. If the product delivered matches the model that was shipped, but the incorrect model was selected by the customer, Timecitycase reserves the right to withhold all shipping fees—including the original shipping cost—from the refund amount.
• Customized items, unless due to an error on our part, are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
   
• Returns must include all accessories and the original packaging. In the event that any accessories or original packaging are missing, Timecitycase reserves the right to withhold the refund of the product cost.
• For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
• Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired during this 30-day window. 

Bulk Orders

All bulk orders are not eligible for returns. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product is considered a bulk order.)

Promotional Gifts

All promotional gifts are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranties.

How do I return an item?

1. Please reach out to Timecitycase customer support (service@timecitycase.com or contact us here) to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. Timecitycase will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Timecitycase with the following information:

• Name of the courier
• Tracking number

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 2-3 working days.

Please note that only one discount code offer may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined or stacked.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@timecitycase.com. 
Please Note: we do not refund our original shipping cost.

Order Cancellations

We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
Orders can't be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
