Shipping Fee:
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders to the United States.

We ship to the United States.

Note: You will need to fill in the shipping address at checkout to know if the product is in stock to ship to that area.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

3-7 Business Days for All Orders from the United States.

Note: Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
If the package does not arrive on time, please send an email to service@timecitycase.com. We will give a reasonable solution based on the specific reasons for the shipping delay.

Processing Time:
In 24 hours during the business days for all orders.

Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email asking you to verify that you selected the correct case for your device. Our warehouse team will then pack and ship your order within 24 hours. Once shipped, you will receive a follow-up email with tracking information.

US Domestic Orders
Orders from our US warehouse are shipped via Amazon Fulfillment. We only ship to the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the US Virgin Islands.

Taxes & Tariffs:
Do I need to pay import taxes and duties?
You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when the goods you have ordered from us arrive in your country.
We advise you to find out about the local regulations prior to ordering from us. Timecity can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country.
If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.

How can I find out about my local import tariffs?
Every country has its own import regulations and restrictions. You can contact or refer to the official website of your local post office or customs agency to estimate the amount of import duties you may have to pay.

1. Can I cancel or make changes to an order?

2. How to change shipping address?
If you placed you order with a wrong address, please contact us to help you to change as soon as possible. Please kindly note that you can only change the address before your purchase is shipped.

3. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped,you will receive a shipment notification email.

4. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact Customer Support at service@timecitycase.com. We may request pictures in order to file a damage claim on your behalf. Example: a picture of the box and/or damaged item(s).

5. What do I do if I did not receive my order?
In the event, you did not receive your order or if the tracking information states 'DELIVERED' and you have not received the order, please contact Customer Support at service@timecitycase.com.
